Kirsty is a BIM Workstream Lead at L&Q, working on L&Q’s BIM Strategy and programme managing the industry’s Golden Thread Initiative. She has a decade of experience in the sector, with a background in quality assurance and information management. She has been responsible for driving BIM implementation and quality assurance processes across organisations, delivering BIM on large-scale projects and providing BIM consultancy services. She is also an active member of industry groups such as BIM4Housing, BIM4HA and Women in BIM etc.
